RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION
General Return Policy
In the event of product/products found to be physically damaged, defective, or different from the description on the detail page shall be subject to refund. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images and receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with the customer care team to substantiate their claim. But the reporting needs to be done within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
In case of partial delivery, the customer can raise a complaint and share the receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with the customer care team to substantiate their claim. But the reporting needs to be done within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
Refunds can be requested if the following conditions apply to at least any one of the following:
- Item received is physically damaged;
- Item received has a shortage of quantity than the order quantity.
- Item received is different from the description on the product detail page; or
- Item received is defective.
- A refund will be initiated after due verification by personnel from the seller Easygo Bharat LLP.
- In case the product is found to be physically damaged, defective, or different from the description the refund for the products will be done in the source mode of payment within 10 working days.
Due to the nature of the products sold, replacement is not allowed at Herbodent Store.
- If your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for replacement.
- Replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking a a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the Product.
- Any request for replacement will be accepted only after inspection of the Product. Once the replacement request is placed with customer service, the WE partner will arrange for a pickup of the Product from the address provided at the time of placing the order within 3 working days. Once the Product is received, it takes about 1 working day for the inspection team to confirm the replacement. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall replace the desired Product with the User in 3 working days.
- At every step of the replacement process, we shall keep you updated through emails and/or SMS. However, if you have any queries before, during, or after the replacement is completed, feel free to contact us.
An order once placed and confirmed by the user is not entitled to be cancelled.
